In line with the Federal Government policy on the ease of doing business (Executive Order E01: Ease Of Doing Business) that within 21 days with a mandate of removing the bureaucratic bottleneck and regulatory constraint. It is within this purview that the Planning and Research Unit adopts this policy in line with best practices for service delivery.

The Commission has developed a checklist to help define and articulate operator need(s) and thus ensure internal process completion on receipt of expression of interest by operators that a permit will be issued.

The Commission matches the checklist as against submission request for the grant of approval to operate a scheme.
